HP launches new range of Copilot+ AI laptops in India for consumers, business and enterprises

HP on Thursday (April 24, 2025) launched its new line up of Copilot+ AI PCs in India expanding the HP EliteBook, HP ProBook, and HP OmniBook series. HP said that it targets users across large enterprises, startups and retail consumers.

The new HP EliteBook and HP ProBook series includes the HP EliteBook 8 (G1i, G1a), HP EliteBook 6 (G1q G1a), and HP ProBook 4 G1q.

HP OmniBook series carries HP OmniBook Ultra 14, HP OmniBook 5 16, HP Omnibook 7 Aero 13, HP OmniBook X 14.

The new HP AI laptops run on Intel Core Ultra 200 V series, AMD Ryzen AI 300 series and Qualcomm Snapdragon X, X Elite, X Plus processors. They are also equipped with dedicated Neural Processing Units (NPU) capable of 40 to 55 trillion operations per second (TOPS).

These new HP AI laptops have the features like the HP AI Companion, an on-device AI research assistant that claims to give instant answers while doing a secure file analysis, even without an internet connection.

HP’s Poly Camera Pro is also there for virtual interactions with features like auto-framing, multi-camera support, overlays, streaming integration, and customisable aesthetics. The Poly Audio is also there to reduce background noise.

HP Wolf Pro Security brings features like onlooker detection, screen blur, and HP Sure View.

HP EliteBook 8 G1i starts at ₹1,46,622, available at HP online store. The EliteBook 6 G1q begins at ₹87,440.

HP ProBook 4 G1q goes for ₹77,200.

HP OmniBook Ultra 14 inch starts at ₹1,86,499, selling at HP World stores and HP online store. The OmniBook X Flip 14 inch sells at ₹1,14,999. HP OmniBook 7 Aero 13 inch begins at ₹87,499.

HP OmniBook 5 16 inch comes at ₹78,999.
